Known for his infectious laugh and free thinking, Mark started Agency Creative in 1994. Since then, the place has grown into a thriving collection of independent minds.

His passion for the ad business is legendary. And evidently boundless as he has dedicated his 25-year career to helping clients achieve success.

He’s honed his strategic and visionary talents on top national and regional brands with award-winning work covering healthcare, hospitality, restaurant, package goods, retail, technology, telecommunications, B-to-B, oil and gas and real estate.

Not one to simply say he “builds brands,” he instead rolls up his sleeves and does the much harder job of actually solving client’s unmet needs, even ones they didn’t know they had.

Gordon Law, – Marketing and Media Strategist
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Gordon is a visionary in providing innovative marketing and media services over his near 30 years in building regional and national brands. He has established a well-respected reputation in the Dallas market among his peers. He genuinely loves the business and delivers a depth of expertise to prove it. Gordon is truly one of the best.

Anne Block – Senior Strategist
Anne brings more than 20 years of strategy and marketing expertise. She has helped build national and regional brands. She holds a graduate marketing certificate from Southern Methodist University, a masters degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and a bachelor of arts degree from Macalester College, St. Paul, Minnesota.

Artie Megibben – Executive Creative Director
Artie brings to Agency Creative an undying passion for the “Big Idea.” For over 25 years, he has been busy making his clients famous. Artie has put such outspent brands as Pace Picante Sauce on the map. His long-running “New York City?!!!” campaign helped turn the underdog San Antonio brand into America’s brand of choice.

Artie did the same thing for Subaru. By making Paul “Crocodile Dundee” Hogan the rugged face of the Subaru Outback, Artie beat the automotive “Big Boys” at their own game. Artie’s creative leadership has also helped re-energize such well-known brands as Nationwide Insurance, Greyhound Bus Lines, Hyatt Resorts and American Airlines.

Artie’s brand-building work has received kudos from the Clios, the CA Annual, the Graphis Annual, ADDYs, Effies, as well as making him one of ADWEEK's Creative All-Stars.

Toan Dang - Senior Art Director
Graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BFA in graphic design, Toan landed a design position with May & Co., in Dallas.

After 9 years there, he accepted an art director position with the Loomis Agency/Dallas to work on Stanley Steemer, Century Bank, Pro-Cuts, and Papa Johns. From there he’s brought his world-class talent to Agency Creative.

Raul Varela – Senior Art Director
Raul brings over 12 years of diverse design and art direction experience to every project he touches. Print. Web design. Multimedia. He is adept in all communications channels. He deftly balances strategy with creativity resulting in marketing communication materials that are both intrusive and compelling. His clients have included notable fortune 500 companies like Nokia, Panasonic, Verizon, NEC and The Associates Mexico. His bi-cultural background has proven instrumental in providing cohesive branding between the Anglo and Latino target segments.
